OUR WARRANTY ON USED COSMETIC LASERS & IPL’S

ALLWILL clearly specifies a custom warranty period in writing, guaranteeing that every pre-owned cosmetic laser we sell will arrive in excellent working condition for the duration of that period.

Please note, our limited warranty will be void if any pre-owned cosmetic laser system or its components are:

  • Installed, altered, or repaired by any technician or facility not authorized by ALLWILL.
  • Operated or maintained in a way that deviates from the original manufacturer’s instructions or ALLWILL’s recommended procedures.
  • Damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or abuse by the purchaser.
  • Affected by events beyond our control, including transportation damage, power outages, or fire.

WARRANTY SERVICE

To qualify for warranty service on your pre-owned cosmetic laser, please follow these steps within 48 hours of discovering a defective product or part:

  • Submit a warranty notice to ALLWILL specifying which pre-owned cosmetic laser or part is malfunctioning and describe the circumstances of the failure. Items must be returned for evaluation within 30 days of the warranty notice.
  • Obtain a return authorization number before sending any product back. Products must be returned in their original packaging. At ALLWILL’s discretion, defective items may be evaluated or serviced at your location.

Once the product or part is inspected, ALLWILL will determine whether to repair, replace, or provide a partial refund based on the purchase price. You will be notified in writing of the decision. Upon resolution, ALLWILL will ship the repaired or replaced items to you or make them available for pick-up, or issue a refund as applicable.

ALLWILL will arrange and cover shipping to and from your location for warranty service if the following conditions are met:

  • Warranty notice is provided within the 48-hour window.
  • Products were installed through ALLWILL’s service.
  • Installation occurred within two weeks of delivery.
  • Products fail to perform within the two-week timeframe.

In all other situations where timely notice and return are provided, the customer is responsible for shipping to ALLWILL, and ALLWILL will cover return shipping after service is completed.
